Great cleaner but the charging plug rusted and is difficult to disconnect

Bought this pool cleaner late in 2023 and 3 months later certain parts of the cleaner had noticeable rust marks, while the top-mount 2 pin charging port fits snuggly but started to feel locked on its mount, and we couldn’t pull it off once fully charged. Took it back to the place of purchase and are awaiting their advice.
Overall, for the price, the cleaner is really quite good, it sucks up dirt and debris suitably but the only other issue is when you retrieve the unit from the water, the internal water drains from the unit (either back into the pool water or onto the pool edge) and sometimes the dirt particles leak back into the pool… we’ve learnt to remove the cleaner and let it drain away from the pool water. It re-charges in about 2 or 3 hours and a full charge lasts at least 90 minutes. Overall a nice and nifty cleaner but it should last more than 3 months.
