About Us

Dural Pool Shop is a family-run business with over 12 years of experience in pool servicing, maintenance, and retail. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and expert pool care across Sydney’s Hills District and beyond.

The Role

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools. This includes regular cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, equipment checks, and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine pool cleaning (vacuuming, brushing, skimming)
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators)
• Identify and report faults or required repairs
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers

What We’re Looking For

• A valid driver’s license (manual license preferred)
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pool technician experience or knowledge is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right candidate
